AI Expert at Knowyn – Drive Our AI Initiative Forward

About the Role

Knowyn is building a business intelligence platform for dental care. We help our clients move from raw data to insights, from journal systems all the way to dashboards and reports. The platform is used by dental care providers in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.

We are growing and looking for an AI expert who wants to help us identify, develop, and implement AI solutions that create real value in our products.

You will work closely with both technology and business to find the right use cases for AI – from analysis and decision support to smarter workflows in our systems. The role can encompass both strategy and hands-on development depending on your profile.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify relevant AI use cases in Knowyn's products and processes
• Design and develop AI solutions, from prototype to production
• Work with data preparation, model selection, evaluation, and improvement
• Integrate AI features into existing systems and workflows
• Provide technical guidance on AI architecture and security

We are looking for someone who

• Has practical experience in AI/ML
• Can translate business needs into concrete AI solutions
• Is technically strong and can work closely with developers and data
• Has experience in evaluating models and ensuring quality results
• Is focused on utility – not just technology for technology's sake

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs/generative AI and AI assistants
• Experience with Python and ML tools/frameworks
• Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, and productization
• Experience in data protection, security, and handling sensitive information
• Experience with analytics or decision support systems
