As a Systems Specialist, you will play a central role in developing and managing Tingstad's business systems and integrations. You will work closely with the business and be responsible for ensuring that the systems function efficiently, are correctly configured, and support the business in the best way possible.

The role is both operational and project-oriented. Depending on your background, you may have specific responsibilities in areas such as business systems, EDI, or integrations between different platforms.

Examples of tasks:

• Responsible for and further develop systems such as Jeeves, Dynamics 365, Astro, and nShift

• Drive system-related projects and improvement initiatives

• Ensure stable integrations between different systems

• Work with EDI flows and external connections

• Capture the business's needs and translate them into system solutions

• Collaborate with internal specialists and external partners

You will be an important bridge between IT and the business.

You have experience working with business systems in a mission-critical environment and thrive in a role where you can take responsibility and drive development forward.

You are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented. At the same time, you are communicative and have the ability to understand both technology and business.

If you have specialized knowledge in areas such as Jeeves, Dynamics 365, EDI, or system integrations, it is a significant advantage – and you will have the opportunity to take on extra responsibility in that area.

Requirements:

• Deep experience with Jeeves, Dynamics 365, Astro, or nShift

• Understanding of integrations and system flows

• Experience in driving or participating in system projects

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience with EDI

• Experience with integration work
