As an IT Technician, you will be part of a smaller team responsible for the operation and development of the group's IT environment. The role is varied and combines operational work with development and improvement initiatives.

You will work broadly with infrastructure, networks, security, and system management in an environment where most of the infrastructure is run in our own server halls.

Examples of tasks:

• Operation and monitoring of server and network environments

• Installation and setup of new systems

• Troubleshooting and incident management

• Automation and optimization of processes

• Second line support

• Documentation and improvement of routines

• Participation in internal development projects

The server environment consists mainly of Windows and to a lesser extent Linux.

You have several years of experience as an IT technician and thrive in a role where you can combine technology, problem-solving, and improvement work. You are structured, responsible, and have a drive to develop both systems and work methods.

You are analytical and can easily immerse yourself in new technical environments. At the same time, you are a team player who shares your knowledge and contributes to good collaboration within the team.

If you have a particular area of expertise in, for example, networks, IT security, Jeeves, automation, or infrastructure, it is a significant advantage – and you will have the opportunity to take on extra responsibility and deepen your knowledge in that area.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role

• Good knowledge of networks, firewalls, and Wi-Fi

• Experience with Windows Server

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience with Fortinet

• Knowledge of SQL Server, VMware, or Veeam

• Experience with PowerShell or other automation

• Experience with business systems like Jeeves or Dynamics

• Knowledge of NIS2 and IT documentation
