Fullstack Developer in PHP at Knowyn: Build Integrations that Fill Our Database

Knowyn builds a business intelligence platform for dental care. We help our clients move from raw data to insights, from journal systems all the way to dashboards and reports. The platform is used by dental care providers in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.

We are growing and looking for a fullstack developer who wants to help further develop our web platform. You will work in all parts of the solution, from database and backend to interface, contributing to both new features and a better user experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop new features in PHP against a multi-tenant database architecture
• Work broadly with backend logic, complex database aggregations, and interfaces
• Build interactive dashboards, report views, and visualizations of key metrics
• Optimize SQL, performance, and user experience in data-heavy views

We are looking for someone who

• Has good experience with PHP, preferably PHP 8 or later
• Has strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Is comfortable switching between backend and frontend
• Enjoys working with SQL and close to the database
• Likes working with data, statistics, and visualization
• Writes robust, clear, and sustainable code
• Has a genuine interest in learning new things and further developing in the role

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with MariaDB or MySQL
• Experience building interfaces with Bootstrap or other CSS libraries
• Experience in API development and integrations
• Knowledge of reporting, analytics tools, or dashboard systems
• An eye for design, visual presentation, and UX
