As a systems technician at the Swedish Transport Administration, you help facilitate everyday life for residents and businesses across Sweden. If you have experience with IT infrastructure and knowledge of Citrix, this job is for you!

Systems Technician Citrix

In this position, your primary focus will be on the operation and maintenance of various platforms from the manufacturer Citrix. You will handle incoming cases in the case management system, both independently and together with your colleagues. The cases can be both incident-related and involve changes or new features, which means you will work seamlessly between incidents, changes, and problem cases in our ITIL process. As we work according to the SAFe agile framework, we also use other tools to maintain a developing environment and daily routine. You will participate in developmental work that adds new features or capabilities for the Swedish Transport Administration.

The position is located in Borlänge, Gävle, Gothenburg, Linköping, or Stockholm. Do you wish to work partially remotely? In this position, there is an opportunity to work from home up to 40 percent of your working time.

We are looking for you who have

• a post-secondary education in IT or another education combined with relevant work experience in IT that we assess as equivalent
• relevant work experience in IT infrastructure, for example within a data center delivery
• current and relevant work experience in Applications Delivery Controllers (ADC) or Virtual Apps and Desktops
• good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

It is meritorious if you

• have worked with Citrix products, such as NetScaler or Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
