We are now looking for an Embedded Software Engineer for an exciting assignment with one of our clients in Jonsered. You will be part of an agile and collaborative team consisting of five people, where you will drive development forward together. The team is led by a component owner and characterized by freedom under responsibility, technical excellence, and close collaboration.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence technical decisions, working methods, and solutions, while working in a structured manner with development and analysis in a technically advanced environment.

The assignment is full-time starting on April 1, 2026, and running until April 1, 2027.

• Function development in Matlab/Simulink

• Analysis of log data and measurement results

• Debugging and fixing software issues

• Module testing

• Code review

• Measurement and analysis of product behavior

• Technical discussions and collaboration with other teams

• Education in Matlab/Simulink

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering field

• Education in combustion engines or data analysis

• Experience in module testing

• Experience in code review

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written

It is very important that your CV clearly shows how you meet all the must-have requirements.

• Experience working with embedded systems

• Experience analyzing measurement data from physical products

• Knowledge of Swedish
