We are now looking for experienced Java developers who want to work with cutting-edge technology at our client's office in Gothenburg. Our partner is a leading product company in the defense industry, active in many technical areas for people's safety in society.

You will be involved in further developing a new generation of testing tools within a technically advanced product area. You will become part of a software team focused on modernizing and further developing an existing system into a new, more flexible, and future-proof solution.

The existing system is written in Delphi and is used in a test environment to control technical systems. Work is currently underway to develop a new product in a modern structure where a basic skeleton is already in place and functionality is gradually being added.

The team actively works with CI/CD and has an established pipeline as well as a test architect who drives quality and testing strategy issues. Here you will work closely with both senior developers and product owners in a cohesive software team that takes responsibility for the entire chain from design and implementation to testing, integration, and further development.

There are good opportunities to influence technical choices, working methods, and architecture, as well as to further develop in areas such as DevOps, system design, or technical leadership.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in Java development

• Has experience working with CI/CD pipelines

It is a merit if you have an understanding of older system environments, such as Delphi, even if you are not expected to develop in it. Experience working closely with test environments or testing tools is also seen as a positive.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary
