We are on an exciting journey developing new digital services within VGR, especially in healthcare. We are now strengthening our app teams and looking for an experienced App Developer who wants to take on greater technical responsibility and eventually grow into a Dev Lead role.

Your mission

You will be a key person in a cross-functional team of developers, UX designers, testers, and product owners. Together, you will create user-centered and robust digital services for healthcare professionals, patients, and residents.

To succeed in this role, you need:

Qualifications

• Higher education in IT or equivalent experience
• At least three years of experience in mobile app development, iOS and/or Android
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
• Deep understanding of modern architectural principles and integration with APIs
• Experience with agile working methods and collaboration in cross-functional teams
• The ability to take technical responsibility, lead code reviews, and contribute to technical guidelines
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

We would like you to have skills in, for example:

• iOS development, Swift, Objective-C
• Android development, Kotlin or Java
• React Native

Meritorious

• Experience and knowledge of working with accessibility
• Experience in data protection, Data Protection by Default by Design
• Experience in test automation
• Good knowledge of system and application security
