• Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and on-site
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within hardware, software, and networks
• Install, configure, and update computers and systems
• Administer user accounts and permissions
• Document cases and contribute to improved working methods
• Participate in improvement initiatives related to the IT environment

The assignment is located in Gothenburg, and you will work closely with the business alongside an IT team or equivalent function. You have several years of experience in IT support and are confident in your technical skills. When something unexpected happens, you act promptly and make sound decisions based on facts and experience.

At the same time, you are meticulous with documentation and used to working in several systems simultaneously.
