Are you technically inclined, have a strong interest in IT, and experience in technical support/helpdesk? Look no further! We are currently seeking a driven and solution-oriented service desk employee on behalf of our client.
ABOUT THE POSITION:In this role, you will become part of an innovative company that is on an exciting digitalization journey. Here, you will have the chance to assist colleagues with the best possible support. The complexity varies from case to case, and no day is the same. There is plenty of opportunity for internal growth, and the more comfortable you become in the role, the more responsibility you will take on.
Your primary task in this role is to deliver world-class service regarding support and troubleshooting of technical issues. You will support and assist users with troubleshooting software and hardware, primarily via phone and TeamViewer, but also on-site at their Visitor Center.
Here are some concrete examples of tasks:
- Troubleshooting and installation, primarily in a Windows environment
- Troubleshooting both hardware and software
- Receiving and registering cases in the company's case management system
- Managing accounts, passwords, etc. in Active Directory
- Has good computer skills and a strong interest in IT
- Has work experience in technical support/helpdesk
- Has relevant technical IT education
- Is fluent in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing
It is a plus if you have experience working with Active Directory, Powershell, and an interest in Problem Management or IP telephony (Cisco).
Furthermore, great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. To fit in the role of service desk employee, you need to be consultative, driven, and engaged. You are curious and open as a person and see the value in working in a team where everyone works towards the company's common goals. You are pedagogical and helpful and see it as a given to adapt your rhetoric to the person you are speaking with. You want to contribute, come up with new ideas, and constantly communicate in the best way with colleagues and customers.
ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT:This is a consultancy assignment, which means you will be employed by us at Friday.
