Your responsibilities

In the role of Platform Engineer, you will work broadly with the operation, maintenance, and development of platform environments. You will be responsible for ensuring high availability, security, and performance in the infrastructure.

You will, among other things:

• Administer systems and storage, as well as manage users, groups, policies, and data buckets
• Configure and maintain virtual networks
• Monitor server and network infrastructure for optimal operation
• Plan and execute secure deployments, upgrades, and patching
• Document processes for upgrades and changes
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents quickly and effectively
• Build knowledge bases through documentation of solutions
• Work closely with architects, data engineers, and AI developers in cross-functional teams

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology who enjoys both system administration and modern platform development. You are analytical, structured, and take great personal responsibility while being a team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing knowledge.

Requirements

• Very good experience with software containers
• Very good knowledge of Kubernetes
• Very good experience with Linux/Unix
• Very good knowledge of system administration
• Experience with configuration management
• Knowledge of system architecture
• Experience with one or more scripting languages
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious

• Experience with Cloud Native architecture
• Knowledge of Apache Spark
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Databricks
