We are now helping our client in Borås to assemble a new team that will work with operations and monitoring. You will be a key person in the work for a stable infrastructure, and incident management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement will be part of your daily routine. We are now looking for someone with a few years of experience in the field who wants to take the next step – together with us. In the role, you will work with monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving IT infrastructure in a technically complex and business-critical environment. You will be a key person in the daily work of ensuring stable operations and effective incident management. This work is ongoing around the clock, which is why you will need to work in 3-shifts in this role.

Your main responsibilities are

• Management of alarms & incidents

• Troubleshooting & actions

• Daily checks & continuous improvement

• Management of business-critical incidents from the service desk

In the role, you will need to act quickly on acute operational disturbances, which requires you to take ownership of your work, be meticulous, and solution-oriented. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities, and in this role, you need to enjoy supporting and being service-minded towards all contact points.

We would like you to

• Have at least 3 years of experience in a relevant field

• Have experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana

• Have experience working with infrastructure monitoring in complex hosting environments

• Have knowledge of ServiceNow, networking, SQL database management, and backup

• Have experience in automating tasks using tools like PowerShell

• Be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

You will also need to work in 3-shifts in this role and be available for scheduled on-call duty.

It is an advantage if you have a relevant IT-related education, and certification in ITIL is also a plus.
