About the role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join Unibase!

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for:

• Developing, configuring, and customizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Working with modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog
• Ensuring that solutions adhere to best practices and meet customer needs
• Participating in projects for implementation, integration, and further development of the platform
• Collaborating with colleagues in ITSM, development, and architecture

You will be an important part of our team and the customer's team, contributing to delivering effective and future-proof ITSM solutions.

Your tasks may include the following (depending on the assignment):

Development and configuration:

• Creating and customizing workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts
• Implementing integrations with external systems via APIs
• Developing reports and dashboards for monitoring and analysis

Management and optimization:

• Maintaining existing solutions and ensuring high availability
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues on the platform
• Documenting configurations and changes

Projects and innovation:

• Participating in the design and implementation of new modules and features
• Contributing ideas for automation and efficiency improvements
• Working on upgrades and new versions of ServiceNow

Preferred experiences

It is a plus if you have experience with:

• Certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Application Developer)
• ITIL v4 or similar frameworks for IT governance
• Scripting in JavaScript and knowledge of REST APIs
• Integrations with other ITSM tools or business systems

Your background

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in ServiceNow development
• A good understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow architecture
• Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent experience
• Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
