Do you want to be part of developing a changing servicedesk? We are now looking for an experienced 2nd line support technician for an assignment with our client in Gothenburg.
As a consultant at Eccera, you will have a secure employment and gain valuable work experience on assignments with our clients. About the assignment
You will be an important part of the IT Service Desk team where you will not only work with qualified support but also contribute to the development of work methods, routines, and structure. The department is in a development phase and we are looking for someone who wants to influence and improve.
The assignment is full-time starting March 30 (or as soon as possible) and runs for 12 months with the possibility of extension.
The work is performed on-site at the client's premises in Gothenburg, with the possibility to travel to local offices in the region as needed. Working hours are 08:00–17:00 and include staffing the walk-in desk according to a rotating schedule.
Your tasks
- Provide qualified support to external 1st line and colleagues on-site
- Work in a flexible rotating service desk schedule, including walk-in desk
- Support both PC and Mac users
- Manage accounts and permissions
- Participate in incident coordination
- Write and update knowledge articles, routines, and instructions
- If necessary, provide technical IT support onboard vehicles
- Travel to local offices in the region as needed
Your profile
- 3-5 years of experience in technical support in both 1st and 2nd line support
- Practical experience working according to ITIL processes
- Very good knowledge of Windows 11, Intune, and Azure
- Good experience working in both Windows and macOS environments, including troubleshooting clients, networks, and applications
- Experience in mobile device management (MDM) for Android and iOS
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow)
- Experience in incident coordination
- Very good Swedish in speech and writing
- Ability to document pedagogically and structured

You are curious about IT technology, communicative, and find it easy to collaborate with both colleagues and users. You are meticulous, solution-oriented, and eager to contribute to more efficient work methods.
Preferred qualifications
Experience from public sector, especially related to IT management and IT security.
