We are now looking for someone with experience in 2nd line support who wants to take the next step in their career. We currently have an exciting assignment with our client in central Gothenburg, where you will have the opportunity to deepen your skills in 2nd line support, work with varying IT challenges, and be a key person in the service desk. If you can also start the assignment no later than 30/3 - this could be the assignment for you!

Your responsibilities

In the role of IT Service Desk Specialist, you primarily work with second-line support and assist users with various IT-related issues. You are an important part of ensuring stable IT operations and a high level of service.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

  • Support to users on-site and via the ticket management system

  • Support to external first-line support

  • Account management and permission administration

  • Troubleshooting client platforms, applications, and IT environments

  • Documentation, procedures, and knowledge articles

  • Participation in incident coordination during critical IT events

  • Assisting users at the walk-in desk

  • Support for both PC and Mac environments

We hope you

  • Have several years of experience working in 2nd line support

  • Have good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and AD/Azure AD

  • Have experience supporting Mac and Android devices

  • Have a good understanding of client environments, account management, and IT operations

  • Are service-oriented, solution-focused, and structured

  • Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

  • Can start the assignment no later than 30/3

Meritorious

  • Experience in incident and problem management

  • Experience with ITIL or similar frameworks

  • Previous work in larger IT organizations
