Location: Facilities in Kungsbacka Municipality
Scope: 100%, Monday-Friday from 08:00 to 17:00
Start: As soon as possible, no later than March 16, 2026

The assignment runs until May 31, 2027, with the possibility of extension.

About the assignment

As an IT Support Technician, you will provide first-line support to:

• High school students via customer reception on-site at Aranäsgymnasiet
• Municipal employees via phone, remote control, and ticketing systems
• Onsite support as needed in other municipal operations

The environment is a pure Microsoft environment where you primarily work with:

• Windows
• Microsoft 365
• Basic troubleshooting of printers
• AV equipment

You will be an important part of the daily operations, ensuring that technical problems are resolved quickly and professionally to minimize interruptions in work.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in IT support
• Has experience in phone and remote support
• Is accustomed to working in ticketing systems
• Has at least 6 months of experience providing support to youth (e.g., in schools)
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has completed high school education
• Has a valid driver's license (B)

• Confident in adapting your communication to the target audience

You work in a structured manner and follow established processes and methods.
