HR Administrator at the Social Office
Do you want to work in a central role where structure, logistics, service, and people are in focus? We are now looking for an HR administrator who wants to contribute to well-functioning operations within the Social Office.
Who are we?
The Social Office in Norrköping Municipality is a dynamic and committed organization that works to create security and good social services for the residents of the municipality. We meet people in various life situations and difficulties, and our work is characterized by legal certainty, quality, and a strong focus on individual needs.
Together, we are about 1,800 employees, of which around 75 are managers, and as one of the municipality's largest offices, there is a clear ambition to continuously develop and improve our operations.
As an HR Administrator
As an HR administrator, you will work as support for managers in staffing, vacancy management, and payroll administration. You will belong to the Staffing and Competence Supply Unit, which consists of support functions working in the areas of staffing, HR administration, recruitment for substitutes, schedule support, internship and training coordination, as well as operational development within sustainable competence.
Your tasks
As an HR administrator, you will work closely with managers and employees in our various operations and be responsible for administrative processes within the HR area. The role is varied and suits you who thrive in order and structure while being able to collaborate and provide good service.
Your responsibilities include handling payroll data, managing absences, vacancies, and changes in the short and long term, administering employer certificates, ensuring compliance with laws, agreements, and internal guidelines, supporting managers and employees in HR administrative matters, working in payroll, substitute, and scheduling systems, and contributing to the development and improvement of routines and processes.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with an education in administration, economics, logistics, or another equivalent field. You have good computer skills and experience in HR administrative work. Furthermore, you have experience with data systems such as Heroma and Time Care.
You have experience in staffing around the clock and preferably experience in operations for people with disabilities. You have knowledge of working time regulations.
As a person, we see that you are calm and organized with the ability to plan ahead. You can adapt to the changes that occur and can see solutions based on the needs that exist. You take responsibility for your tasks and are confident in being independent. You are skilled at collaborating with others and organizing and prioritizing both resources and information effectively.
You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
