314.Airbase Security Company

314.Airbase Security Company consists of company management, two continuously employed and one temporarily employed airbase security platoons, a sensor platoon, and a dog unit. The company's main task is to detect, locate, identify, and counter security threats against the air combat forces. The Airbase Security Company is part of the 31st Airbase Battalion, whose main tasks are the operation of airbase Malmen, operation of mobile airbases, and basic training of conscripts.

Main Responsibilities

As an administrator, you will provide administrative support to managers and staff. You will work closely with management and play a key role in coordinating, following up, and ensuring that routines, planning, and administrative processes are of high quality. The position involves participation in both personnel administration and logistical tasks. There are good opportunities to deepen and broaden your skills through courses and training. Business trips and exercises are part of the role. Common tasks include:

• Ongoing administration.
• Planning and following up on workshop and maintenance schedules.
• Providing administrative support to managers.
• Working with personnel administration.
• Supporting logistics and coordination work.
• Ensuring order, structure, and information flows.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• Good computer skills with strong knowledge of Office.
• Driving license B.
• Experience in administrative work within government or public sector.

DESIRABLE

• Experience with FM operational management systems SAP/PRIO.
• Experience with FM LIFT.
• Completed military basic training.
