ABOUT THE PROJECT

In collaboration with Norrköping Municipality, we are starting an important and long-term project aimed at giving more people the opportunity to step into the labor market. The project aligns with our values and our goals in social sustainability.

We are therefore looking for someone who wants to be part of this journey and lead the participants in this important work.

ABOUT THE POSITION

In this role, you will lead a meaningful assignment where people are given the opportunity to take steps towards employment while our residential areas are developed and strengthened. You will have a clear leadership responsibility for staffing, work management, and quality, and be a present and coaching leader in daily operations.

You create structure, engagement, and security for the participants in the project – both for supervisors and participants. You also act as a central coordinating link between the operations, area managers, and any partners. Through active and inclusive leadership, you support the participants' development, strengthen their language skills, and contribute to their path towards establishment in the labor market.

You are responsible for ensuring that the right conditions are in place – from materials and equipment to clear working methods – and work continuously with follow-up, quality assurance, and development in close dialogue with your immediate supervisor. The role also involves responsibility for feedback to Norrköping Municipality and for keeping the organization informed about the project's progress and results.

WHAT YOU CONTRIBUTE

You bring solid experience in leading operations and taking clear personnel responsibility, where you create structure, engagement, and results through a safe and present leadership. With a good understanding of how an organization works, you have the ability to see the whole picture and translate goals into practical implementation.

To thrive in this role, you must be attentive and present. You have a good ability to understand the needs of the organization and can build trust through open and respectful dialogue. With a strong ability to prioritize and structure, you work efficiently, make quick and well-founded decisions, and ensure that the right actions are taken in the right order.

You see opportunities where others see obstacles and drive development forward. Your social skills allow you to easily make contact, build relationships, and promote collaboration and engagement at all levels of the organization.

We see that you have the ability to express yourself well in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing. In this position, you need to have a B driver's license and access to your own car.
