A Snapshot of Your Day

Imagine being the hub of project administration – organizing project teams, updating schedules, and ensuring all resources are in place. You follow up on project statuses, compile reports on costs, timelines, and staffing, and ensure everything is done according to both internal and international quality standards. Every day, you solve small and large obstacles that can affect the progress of the project. You collaborate with both internal colleagues and external suppliers to keep the project on track and contribute to the development of the business.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Updating and maintaining project schedules and resource plans
  • Compiling and reporting project status, including costs, timelines, and staffing
  • Ensuring the project adheres to internal and external quality standards, such as ISO
  • Identifying and helping to resolve obstacles to keep the project on schedule and budget
  • Following up on supplier deliveries and integrating them into the project plan

What You Bring

  • Experience in administrative project support or project administration
  • Strong ability to work with scheduling, resource planning, and reporting
  • Attention to detail and structure in tracking project progress
  • Familiarity with quality standards and administrative processes
  • You enjoy collaborating with both internal teams and external suppliers
  • You speak and write Swedish fluently and have good knowledge of English.

About the Team

You will be part of a dedicated and collaborative team that works to support project management and ensure that projects are delivered as planned. The team is responsible for administration, follow-up, and reporting, and works closely with both project managers and suppliers. Here, you will have the opportunity to contribute to effective processes and be a vital part of the success of the projects.

Within the Gas Services division, we offer energy solutions with zero or low emissions based on our gas turbines gathered under one roof along with steam turbines and generators. Through service, modernization, and digitalization of the delivered fleet, we create opportunities for a reduced climate footprint.
