Now there is an opportunity to join us at the social office and make a difference!

Who are we?

The Social Office in Norrköping Municipality focuses on the strengths and needs of individuals, where the best interests of children always come first. We want it to be easy to contact us, and we offer support and treatment measures that maintain high quality and are based on legally secure assessments. By working closely with individuals, we aim to find solutions that make a difference and contribute to a safer society.

The Administration Unit is a support unit within the social office tasked with providing support and service to the office's employees and managers. The unit currently consists of just over 20 employees distributed across six different office workplaces, where some work with staffing the office's open receptions and others work more closely with operations.

We are now looking for an administrator

Your tasks

As an operationally close administrator, you will have varied tasks focusing on relieving social workers in their daily work. Primarily, this involves taking over administrative routines, preparatory tasks, and practical logistics, freeing up time for authority operations and client meetings. To some extent, also support responsible managers with qualified tasks such as producing statistics.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a higher vocational education as a social administrator or a completed and approved high school education combined with several years of experience in qualified administrative work within the public sector or other post-secondary education in administration.

We see that you have experience in documentation and working under confidentiality as well as administrative tasks closely related to the social services' authority operations.

You are administratively skilled and can plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively. You take great personal responsibility for your task and drive your processes forward.

You are accommodating in your approach and have both the interest and ability to help others, and you strive to deliver solutions. You enjoy working with others and relate to them in a responsive and smooth manner.

In changing circumstances, you easily adapt and can quickly change your perspective and approach, seeing opportunities in changes.
