The Joint Management Administration consists of the areas of Democracy & Service, Economy & Procurement, Working Life & Digital Technology, Strategic Community Planning, Emergency Services & Safety, and the Staff.

The administration is tasked with leading, supporting, and coordinating the entire municipal organization on behalf of the municipal council. This is done by focusing on the needs of the customer and having a holistic view and common working methods. We are a learning organization that promotes innovation and learning from both the environment and each other.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for a substitute for our education coordinator who will be on leave for studies for a year. We are currently in a development phase with great opportunities to be involved in the development of the operations moving forward. During the substitute period, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating training within the entire area of emergency services and safety. This involves compiling training needs in emergency services, security, and safety issues and leading the development forward within this entire training area.

A large part of the job also involves ensuring instructors and participants in our ongoing training as well as managing the administration behind the portals used for the training operations to function. You should also be able to conduct certain training as an instructor if needed.

The current education coordinator is also responsible for coordinating and managing the communication and information efforts of the operations within our area. Therefore, it is considered particularly meritorious if you also have an interest in and competence in the field of communication.

Additionally, the role of the education coordinator includes monitoring the external environment and collaborating with other actors and organizations within their area of responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying are a good leader and can inspire employees by painting a picture of where you are headed and being clear about the challenges that exist and how to handle them. You also have good pedagogical skills and experience in educational operations.

We see that you have a post-secondary education that we assess as relevant for the position.

You have a good ability to see the whole and the context and can handle multiple assignments and tasks simultaneously. Furthermore, you are also a good problem solver who can quickly identify solutions to emerging problems.

It is also meritorious if you are a good communicator, both orally and in writing, and have good digital skills and can easily adapt to new technology.

A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.
