Property Consultant at Fastighetsägarna MittNord located in Norrköping

About the position

As a property consultant with us, you will work in a broad role focused on developing and driving rental negotiations on behalf of our clients. You will act as an advisor to our members on issues related to property management as well as property law. You strive to create long-term relationships and build trust over time. You will work closely with our members and assist them as needed in contacts with tenants and other authorities. This is a role with both business and development focus, where you have the opportunity to develop and deliver other services related to our business based on your background and areas of interest.

You are our face to the real estate industry and play an active and important part in our member service, also coordinating with our local board. You will also have the opportunity to participate in and lead training for our members and employees.

This position primarily covers the negotiation activities in Norrköping and its surrounding municipalities. Some travel is included in the position, so a driver's license is required.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is motivated by negotiation situations and who has both a business-oriented and a collaborative approach. You have a relevant university degree in law or other education that the employer deems equivalent. Previous experience in the real estate industry is a great asset for this position, and experience with the Rätt Hyra system in Norrköping is a plus.

To thrive in this role, you should be unpretentious, outgoing, and have excellent collaboration skills. You are structured and meticulous, take initiative, and independently drive your daily work forward. You should be driven to understand and engage with the members' business ideas and apply your advice in a way that yields the best results. You are service-oriented and have an easy time communicating with clients and counterparts in a professional and relaxed manner. We encourage new ideas to develop our business together. An interest in politics and social issues is beneficial in this role. Great emphasis is placed on your personal qualities.
