About the job as Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Manpower, on-site at SAAB in Linköping, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging critical competencies within tech. You will work both strategically and operationally with the entire talent lifecycle - from employer branding and outreach to search, candidate experience, and full process ownership.

In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and act as an advisory partner focusing on proactive talent work, long-term relationships, and strengthening the organization's ability to attract the right competencies. You will be part of an experienced team where your curiosity, drive, and willingness to influence work methods are highly valued.

Common tasks include:

• Identify and engage key talents within tech - proactively and long-term
• Be a strategic partner to hiring managers
• Own the entire recruitment process from search to closure
• Build, develop, and maintain relevant tech networks
• Contribute to developing work methods, processes, and practices within talent acquisition

The person we are looking for

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in tech recruitment who enjoys proactive, networking, and strategic talent work. You have worked with search/sourcing and are comfortable guiding and supporting managers throughout the process. The role suits you if you are self-driven, relationship-building, and want to influence how SAAB works with talent acquisition moving forward.

We would like you to have:

• Several years of experience in tech recruitment and proactive search
• Strong ability to build relationships and be advisory to managers
• A self-directed, solution-oriented, and driven work style
• Good communication skills and experience in collaboration
• A bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent experience
