About the Job

The summer job as an economic administrator involves work in the Accounts Receivable section, Department of Common Functions. With us, you will primarily work with supplier and customer accounts management, but the job will also involve handling other commonly occurring tasks in the area.

The Economics and Analysis unit (which includes accounts receivable) is responsible for the agency's financial management and accounting. This includes driving, developing, and coordinating the agency's budget, operational follow-up, and reporting. We are also responsible for the agency's fee-setting.

You Will

  • work with ongoing bookkeeping, customer and supplier accounts
  • work with reconciliations
  • work with register maintenance
  • handle mail and archiving.

You Must Have

  • a current academic education with a focus on economics
  • relevant experience working with supplier and customer accounts
  • relevant experience working in the financial system UBW/Agresso
  • good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Excel and Word
  • good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

It Is Meritorious If You Also Have

  • experience of financial work within the state.

More Information

The employment is temporary during the period from June to August with a possible extension. You must be able to work most of June, July, and August. The position is located in Norrköping.

Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted. For some of our tasks in the security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
