Primary Care Center Östergötland consists of 33 region-operated health centers, four emergency centers, Finspång Health Center, Child Health Care Unit, 1177, and General Medical Education Center.

Mjölby Health Center is part of the Primary Care Center (PVC) in Region Östergötland and is centrally located, just a five-minute walk from the commuter station. Our operations include, among other things, medical consultations, child health care, counseling, rehabilitation coordination, district nurse and other nurse/assistant-based clinics, and a geriatric clinic. We are about 50 employees and have approximately 12,500 registered patients.

A laboratory, maternity care center, and public dental care are located in the same building.

Together, we work to provide our patients with good and qualitative care in a timely manner. We are a great team that enjoys working together and supports each other. We are now looking for a medical administrator who wants to help develop the health center. Job Description

We currently have five medical administrators working with varying tasks and responsibilities. We support and help each other. The foundation of the role is medical documentation and other standard administrative work. The position includes work in our reception. Otherwise, the position can be shaped based on your own experience, skills, and special areas of interest.

We want to stay current with medical documentation. We want to be the hub for medical administration at the health center. We want to be flexible and a good collaborative partner. We want to take responsibility and also develop other administrative areas. Do you also want to uphold the banner of medical administration and feel significant?

About You

Requirements: You must be a trained medical administrator/medical secretary/healthcare secretary. Experience in the profession is an advantage.

As a person, you are stable and can easily adapt to different situations and have excellent collaboration skills. It is important that you have a positive and professional attitude, can work independently, and be flexible. Being engaged is significant. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. You see trying new working methods as a positive challenge.
