Matching Coordinator at Lernia in Linköping

Lernia is one of Sweden's leading companies in skills development and workforce supply. We are present throughout the country and offer services in adult education, staffing, recruitment, and restructuring. We have attractive career paths and are constantly developing new, exciting services. With us, you contribute to more people getting jobs and employers strengthening their competitiveness. We help people, companies, and organizations develop and grow – together we shape the future!

We are looking for a Matching Coordinator for our operations within Rusta and Matcha in Linköping, and there may also be days at our offices in Norrköping and Motala.

What will your responsibilities be?

Rusta and Matcha is a matching service and part of the ongoing reform of the employment agency. With us, you will play an important role in coaching and matching adults to work or helping them find the way to work through studies. We create conditions for job seekers to enter the labor market and thus contribute to society.

In the role of Matching Coordinator with us, you will meet both participants and companies, and your task will be to build bridges to bring them together. Business contacts are an important part of the matching process to get participants into work, which means we are looking for someone who has or wants to build a broad network, and has a great ability to create and maintain business and customer contacts.

Our participants demand both qualitative and effective guidance that leads to work. You will work with participants both individually and in groups through individual conversations, group activities, and company visits. The work also involves administration related to the assignment. You will work cross-functionally with colleagues from other parts of Lernia within both education and staffing to find the best path for each participant.

Who are we looking for?

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities, where the right attitude is crucial. You are business-driven and work on your own initiative towards set goals. It is important that you see opportunities, have good pedagogical skills, and enjoy a varied workday.

You also have the ability and desire to develop people and apply various pedagogical methods. The position requires that you have a strong commitment and interest in people in transition, where you see each individual's unique circumstances.

Since the role involves active dialogue with participants, colleagues, managers, and clients, it is important that you are communicative and good at creating good relationships. You are very good at collaborating and see yourself as a team player who meets both the participants' and clients' needs.

To be considered for the position, you have:

  • At least 180 higher education credits (120 hp according to the previous system) in a relevant field. And at least 2 years of work experience equivalent to full-time.
  • Alternatively, post-secondary education of at least 1 year. And at least 3 years of work experience equivalent to full-time in areas such as job coaching, recruitment, personnel management with responsibility, study and career guidance, or work with labor and labor market issues.

In addition to one of the above options, we also see that you have:

  • Sales or recruitment background with a large corporate network
  • Driver's license B and access to your own car
  • Good system and computer skills
  • You communicate well in Swedish and English in both speech and writing. Additional language skills are considered an asset.

What do we offer?

In addition to a full-time position, we offer competitive salaries and opportunities for further development. We actively work with workplace environment issues so that our employees continue to thrive and develop with us. You will have the opportunity to make an impact where you make a difference!
