Your Responsibilities

We are now looking for a structured and solution-oriented Visa Administrator who wants to work in an international environment with great responsibility and many points of contact.

🚀 About the Assignment

As a Visa Administrator at Siemens Energy, you act as a partner to business units and delegates regarding visa and work permit matters. You are the local expert on immigration regulations for the relevant host countries and are responsible for ensuring a correct, efficient, and timely handling of all processes.

You coordinate all local activities related to visa and work permit applications for employees who will work internationally, ensuring that the right documentation is in place well before departure.

👥 The Team

You will be part of a team of 34 dedicated colleagues who together support Siemens Energy's Field Service Engineers. The team works broadly with:

Planning and Scheduling

  • Visa and work permit processes

  • Tax and regulatory issues

  • Invoicing

  • Administrative tasks

  • The work is characterized by collaboration, structure, and shared responsibility. It is important that the work is documented and structured so that operations can continue even in the event of absence.

📌 Job Duties

  • Ensure compliance with immigration regulations in the respective host country

  • Drive and coordinate visa and work permit applications

  • Ensure that permits are obtained in time according to project deadlines

  • Proactively communicate any risks or delays to business units

  • Ensure that procedures and documentation are clear and up to date

  • Keep updated on changes in immigration legislation

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who...

  • Has experience in administrative and/or service work

  • Is used to handling multiple complex cases simultaneously

  • Has good problem-solving skills

  • Works in a structured, accurate, and independent manner

  • Has good communication skills and enjoys a coordinating role

  • Is fluent in Swedish & English (spoken and written)

  • Experience with international processes and/or government contacts is a plus
