The Position

As a coordinator for Eastern Östergötland, you will have overall responsibility for coordinating cases, ensuring that the work order process is followed, that orders are handled correctly in the system, and reported according to routine. You will assist the group with both time reporting and invoicing to our client, Region Östergötland. We work in a variety of systems such as IFS, Flow, Faciliate, Conisio, etc., and the phone and computer are your main working tools. Your closest colleagues consist of ten self-driven, positive, and competent technicians. The unit includes a group manager, site manager, technicians, and project managers with whom you will collaborate closely. The office is located at Vrinnevisjukhuset. Your main tasks will be:

• Work order management
• Time reporting
• Handling customer complaints
• Invoice management
• Reporting

To succeed in this role, you have

• High school education
• Very good Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills, including Office 365

Meritorious

• Experience with IFS and/or Faciliate
• Experience in the real estate industry
• Educational background with a technical focus
• Work experience in finance

You are service-oriented and unpretentious, as you will also assist with various tasks within the unit beyond your responsibilities. Since the role involves being the contact person for Luotea's employees on the assignment, it is important that you are a social team player who always contributes to the team and does your best to help the unit achieve its goals.
