Job Description

Randstad is now looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, is structured, and communicative! Does this sound like you? Then apply for the position of administrative support for visas and work permits. The position is a consultancy assignment with our client Siemens Energy in Finspång. As a consultant for visas and work permits, you will act as a partner for all business units and delegates regarding processes related to entry permits. The role involves acting as a local expert on immigration regulations in designated host countries. You will ensure consistent, timely, and accurate administration of visas and work permits in the home country by coordinating all local activities for employees traveling on international assignments. You will have business responsibility for compliance, ensuring that the correct work permits and visas are obtained in accordance with the regulations for each individual host country. You will be responsible for deadlines, ensuring that permits are granted in good time so that employees can be on-site as planned. You will also be responsible for communication, informing the relevant business unit immediately if there is a risk that the timeline cannot be met. Additionally, you will be responsible for continuity, ensuring that operations can continue even in your absence. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that a replacement can easily take over your tasks.

The team consists of 34 dedicated employees who all work to support our field service engineers. Here, planning, scheduling, visas, tax issues, invoicing, and other administrative tasks are handled.
