Do you want to be part of one of Sweden's most historic football clubs?
IFK Norrköping is more than just a football club. It is an organization with a strong team spirit, high ambitions, and a shared drive forward!
We are now looking for a Payroll Administrator for a longer parental leave substitute who wants to take on an important role off the field and contribute to ensuring that operations run smoothly and professionally every day.
About the position
In the role of Payroll Administrator, you will be the club's expert in payroll administration, pensions, and insurance. The group currently consists of companies in real estate, restaurant, and event management as well as wellness, where you ensure that salaries are paid correctly and on time, and that the handling complies with laws, collective agreements, and internal guidelines. You will be welcomed into a role with varied tasks where you work closely with both management and the rest of the finance department to provide support in compensation and contractual matters. If you have an interest or previous experience in accounts receivable and bookkeeping, it is an advantage to support the finance function as needed.
Here you will have an independent and responsible role in an organization where the pace is sometimes high, but the team spirit is always strong, and everyone works towards the same goal.
We hope you have long-term ambitions and a genuine interest in developing together with us and contributing to the club's continued journey. The assignment is a parental leave substitute for about 1.5 years, where you will initially be employed as a consultant at Poolia.
Your main tasks
- Be responsible for payroll administration in all companies within the group
- Administration of capital insurance, pensions, and other insurances for players and other employees.
- Reporting to SCB, FORA, Collectum, the Tax Agency, and other payroll-related reports.
- Manage working hours, absences, vacations, bonuses, and other compensations
- Handle income inquiries from the Social Insurance Agency, employer certificates, and similar.
- Ensure that the group complies with current collective agreements and support managers in drafting employment contracts
- Prepare payroll and personnel-related documentation in connection with applications for UEFA club licenses
- Work with time reporting systems within the payroll process
- Assist in improving, streamlining, and documenting processes, routines, and working methods.
There are good opportunities for you to develop and streamline routines and processes within the payroll area with your experience. If you have experience in HR and personnel, it is an additional advantage as exciting developments are happening within the company moving forward.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in payroll, finance, or equivalent experience, as well as at least 2–3 years of experience in independent payroll work. You are confident in interpreting collective agreements and handling questions regarding working hours, vacations, and absences. You have good experience working in payroll systems, preferably if you have worked in Visma payroll. It is also advantageous if you have worked in the time reporting system Timeplan.
To succeed and thrive in the role, we further see that you have high social competence and the ability to receive information from multiple channels. You are an initiative-taking and development-oriented person with the ability to work proactively and identify improvement opportunities in the organization. You should have an interest in the club and a positive attitude towards learning more about it. You enjoy taking responsibility while also appreciating being part of a team where collaboration, trust, and common goals are a natural part of everyday life!
About the organization
The consultant role suits you if you want to gain broad experience in a short time. We offer you the chance to work in popular workplaces with well-known brands where you can develop your skills and broaden your CV. You will thrive as a consultant if you are looking for a world of exciting assignments and new networks. By your side is your consultant manager who acts as a sounding board and supports you in succeeding in your assignments. We want you to feel good and enjoy being with us at Poolia. Your employment at Poolia includes collective agreements, insurance, occupational pension, and occupational health care.
