CONEXI conducts employment preparation activities for adults on the autism spectrum in collaboration with IKEA and other businesses. CONEXI brings together three parties: employees, job coaches, and the labor market. We are looking for a job coach with operational responsibility for our facility in Barkarby. We seek someone who enjoys being in development and working closely with participants, colleagues, and the business community.

The operations take place at IKEA Barkarby where employees have the opportunity to try different work areas and tasks, as well as in collaboration with other businesses where employees continue to work. As a job coach, you will work alongside the employees and IKEA staff. A strong focus is placed on individual development and the opportunity for independence. We actively work together with evaluation, goal tracking, and a clear vision for the future. We value good cooperation with the businesses in the labor market we collaborate with and their staff, which requires an active outreach approach. The work is carried out based on the individual's wishes and needs, which requires the ability to adapt and change continuously.

Operational responsibility means leading the operations towards set goals and ensuring that the operations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations as well as CONEXI's guidelines. You have personnel responsibility for your team, which includes conducting salary and employee conversations, responsibility for the team's competence development, and a delegated occupational health and safety responsibility. You create conditions for driving the operations' processes and development together with your colleagues. Qualifications for the position:

Experience with autism spectrum disorders/NPF

Education as a social worker, occupational therapist, educator, or other equivalent higher education is required. Your educational background must meet the formal requirements to be a license holder for an LSS operation according to IVO and the municipality's agreements.

Training in social law is a requirement.

You need to have at least 12 months of documented previous experience in leadership roles within LSS and/or care.

You need to have at least 3 years of experience with the target group.

You need to have good experience with documentation in digital systems and working in the Office suite.

A driving license (B) is desirable.

You have the ability to plan and carry out your work independently but in collaboration with colleagues, participants, businesses, and authorities. You are motivated by working in processes, working towards set goals, and contributing to people's development. As a person, you are proactive, independent, solution-focused, and responsible.

Working hours/Duration

Permanent position with immediate start/according to agreement.

Full-time, daytime - Monday to Friday.
