Your Responsibilities

At Linnégymnasiet, you will be one of three vocational teachers in a team that values safety, adaptation, and engagement. Your daily tasks include:

  • Individualized teaching: You plan and conduct lessons and serve as a mentor for a group of about 10 students at a time.
  • Quality work: You evaluate the teaching and work with value-based education according to the curriculum.
  • Close collaboration: To benefit students' learning, as well as your own and the development of the organization, you utilize the experiences and knowledge of various professionals. You work closely with two vocational teacher colleagues in the program, other colleagues at the school, and the school's student health team to create a calm and stimulating learning environment.
  • Industry connection: You use your expertise in sales and service to prepare students for the professional world. You work together with the internship coordinator to ensure that each student receives a suitable and valuable internship experience. You are also expected to have industry contacts with the business community and create new connections with companies/organizations to provide internship opportunities for the school.

  • At least one year of experience teaching at the upper secondary level.
  • Experience in grading or documenting students' learning.
