Preschool Operations

Preschool Operations is part of the Education Administration. We work for an equitable preschool where every child's right to education is in focus, clarifying professional roles and responsibilities for preschool teachers and childcare workers. Our vision is that preschool should support every child regardless of their circumstances so that everyone has the opportunity to develop towards the goals. Our goal is to offer supportive learning in an inspiring and safe environment that meets the needs of individuals and society. Continuous professional development and networking occur with us. We have a cohesive overarching professional development plan and five study days per year. Preschool Operations has its own special educators. All our preschools have work clothes for both indoor and outdoor use, part of our effort to increase attendance in the operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute during the absence of regular staff in the Öster and Väster preschool areas.

The Öster preschool area consists of nine preschools located in Borensberg, Österstad, Klockrike, Fornåsa, and Tjällmo, as well as the pedagogical care operations in Motala.

The Väster preschool area consists of seven preschools located in Motala, Godegård, and Nykyrka.

As a substitute with us, you are expected to be able to start working at short notice at various times during the operating hours.

We see that you who are applying have a commitment and curiosity for children's development and learning. You are clear and at the same time attentive in your way of communicating and have a warm and welcoming approach towards both children and guardians as well as colleagues. You have a joyful working style and a good communicative ability and can express yourself well in both speech and writing in Swedish.

Our values require that everyone working in our preschools emphasizes the inherent value of every individual and respect for our shared environment. Our preschools should be permeated by a curious approach where we meet each individual with respect and in an attentive manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

A driving license (B) and access to your own car are required.

It is an advantage if you have a high school childcare education, the child and leisure program, or other education that the employer assesses as equivalent.

It is also advantageous if you have experience working with children in preschool or other work that the employer assesses as equivalent.
