Job Responsibilities

Our task at Driver Testing is to conduct tests within the driver's license and professional traffic areas. Together with your colleagues, you will contribute as a customer service officer to ensure that each customer feels welcome, receives clear information, and has the best conditions to demonstrate their skills.

The tasks vary, and you will switch roles within the team throughout the day to perform different tasks. In your daily work, you will meet many different customers, so providing a welcoming and clear information is essential. A significant part of the work will initially be to staff the national customer service (telephone). Here, you will receive calls and answer questions regarding test bookings, payments/fees, and other inquiries related to Driver Testing's operations across Sweden. As you become more comfortable with your tasks, you will also engage in regulatory duties where you conduct theory tests both in groups, individually, and sometimes with an interpreter. At times, the work involves a high tempo, so you need to thrive in that environment as part of the job, and you will work according to a set schedule. You will be working with:

  • Reception work
  • Customer service (telephone)
  • Conducting knowledge tests
  • Answering customer inquiries
  • Administration of driver's license photos in connection with driving tests and renewal of driver's licenses
  • Performing general office tasks

The current salary level for the position is 28,500 - 32,000 SEK/month, depending on work experience.

Qualifications

Who are you?

You will be our face to the public and the first point of contact for our customers. Therefore, we see that you are a confident and service-oriented person who enjoys meeting new people. Since the pace is often high, you need to be resilient to stress. It is important that you are a communicative person, meaning you convey messages clearly and respectfully and adapt your communication to the recipient. You are motivated by active participation, where you take responsibility for your tasks in a goal-oriented manner while being aware of how you are part of and contribute to the whole by collaborating with others. Additionally, you have a flexible and problem-solving approach, and you can easily adapt to new circumstances and situations, always with the customer's and organization's best interests in mind.

We are looking for someone who

  • has a high school education
  • is at least 23 years old, which is the minimum age to conduct knowledge tests according to the Transport Agency's regulations
  • has relevant work experience with physical customer interactions
  • has good knowledge of Swedish in reading comprehension, speaking, and writing
  • has good knowledge of English in speaking
  • has good computer skills
  • has a driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle
