ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of Logistics and Order Flow Manager, you step into the heart of the organization’s operational flow. This is not just an administrative position, but a role where you become the "glue" that holds together the chain between the organization’s needs, the purchasing department’s strategies, and the suppliers’ delivery capabilities.

Your main task is to ensure that the right materials are in the right place at the right time. Since the assignment takes place during an interim period while the client recruits long-term, it means that you will quickly need to familiarize yourself with complex flows and take significant ownership of your processes from day one.

As a consultant at Academic Work, you become part of our network and get the chance to develop with attractive employers. In this role, you will step into our client, a well-known player in healthcare and care, who is currently in an exciting phase of development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your focus is on ensuring that order and delivery flows function efficiently and correctly.

  • Manage and administer order flows in purchasing systems.
  • Monitor deliveries and proactively manage delays.
  • Investigate and resolve logistical discrepancies with suppliers and internal parties.
  • Act as a contact person and coordinate between functions to optimize the flow.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Have experience in operational work within logistics, order management, or delivery follow-up.
  • Are accustomed to working in business or purchasing systems.
  • Have advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Higher vocational education or university degree in logistics, purchasing, or Supply Chain.
  • Experience from healthcare, medical technology, or similar regulated environments.

Our Recruitment Process

This recruitment process is managed by Academic Work, and our client’s request is that all questions regarding the position be sent to Academic Work.

We apply continuous selection and will remove the ad when enough candidates have reached the final stage of the recruitment process. When applying, a CV is requested. A cover letter is not used as a selection method and therefore does not need to be attached. The recruitment process includes two selection tests: a personality test and a cognitive ability test. The tests are a tool to find the candidate with the highest potential for the position and to promote equality, diversity, and a fair recruitment process.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is a well-known player in healthcare and care, who is currently in an exciting phase of development.
