Your responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent, you are responsible for ensuring that orders and deliveries are handled correctly and that customers receive excellent service.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Receiving, registering, and confirming customer orders
  • Creating deliveries and following up on orders in the business system
  • Managing invoicing and credits
  • Answering customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and invoices
  • Communicating with warehouses and factories regarding deliveries and availability
  • Working in systems such as SAP, CRM, and customer portals
  • Communicating with freight forwarders, both in writing and verbally in Swedish and English
  • Participating in the development and improvement of work methods in the order flow

Good to know

The position is located at Orkla Snacks' office in Solna, and you will report to the Customer Fulfillment Manager. You will be part of the Customer Fulfillment team, which is part of the sales department at Orkla Snacks and is responsible for order management and customer dialogue for the Swedish market. The team works closely together in daily tasks and collaborates significantly on priorities and solutions. The work is primarily office-based, with the possibility of remote work 2 days a week.

Our expectations

We are looking for someone with experience in customer service, order management, or similar roles in a B2B environment. You have at least a high school education or equivalent. You are accustomed to working in business systems and have good system skills, for example, from ERP systems like SAP or similar. You also have basic knowledge of Excel and feel comfortable working in multiple systems simultaneously. You speak and write fluent Swedish and have good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form. As a person, you are analytical and detail-oriented and thrive in a role where structure is important. You are relationship-building and enjoy having many points of contact, both with customers and colleagues. Collaboration is a natural part of your working style, and you are happy to contribute to a positive team climate. Experience in export administration or working with export orders is a plus. We also appreciate previous experience in improving work methods and being motivated to find smarter ways to work and contribute ideas on how the order flow can become more efficient and digitalized.
