Process Leader at Karolinska Institutet

We are looking for an experienced and driven process leader who wants to play a central role in the development of the institution's new research facilities for studies of human health and in our initiatives within defense-related medicine, where the institution has received a special assignment.

Your Role

Your tasks will include:

• Structuring, driving, and following up on projects within the operational area
• Coordinating cross-functional working groups and creating good anchoring between different parts of the projects
• Supporting managers and employees in planning, implementation, and follow-up
• Planning and reporting project status to steering and management groups
• Ensuring that goals and deliveries are met according to agreed requirements
• Identifying, analyzing, and managing risks associated with implementations
• Preparing and facilitating meetings, workshops, and presentations
• Analyzing needs, following up on results, and translating insights into concrete improvements
• Contributing to strategic development initiatives together with the institution's management

Other similar tasks may occur.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in areas such as organizational development, behavioral science, or equivalent
• Experience in process leadership within a higher education institution or other government authority
• Documented experience in leading projects or processes with many different stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience in process leadership, facilitation, and organizational development
• Experience in risk analysis, follow-up, and reporting
• Very good ability to create structure in complex environments
• Very good ability to lead groups, drive dialogues, and create engagement
• Ability to express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience in projects related to research, laboratory environments, security, preparedness, or similar areas
• Knowledge of change management or agile working methods
• Experience with digital work tools

As a person, you are structured, communicative, and confident in leading others. You work independently, take initiative, and thrive in contexts where you can create clarity and momentum in complex processes. Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities.
