Tech Talents is a consulting and recruitment company founded with the idea of combining the traditional employer offerings of consulting firms with the appreciated business model of the staffing and recruitment industry, offering clients the opportunity to over-recruit and consultants the ability to transition to the client. We have been operational for seven years and during this period have grown and established ourselves in Linköping, Jönköping, Gothenburg, Malmö, and Stockholm.

Responsibilities
As a Business Manager with us, you will:
- Be responsible for the entire sales cycle - from prospecting to developing and deepening relationships with Tech Talents' clients in the region.
- Identify and establish collaborations with new clients and further develop business with existing clients.
- Develop your business relationships through consultative client visits and close dialogue regarding skills and recruitment needs.
- Contribute to the continued development of the region by taking initiatives, creating new working methods, and improving existing processes.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales within the service sector, preferably in IT or technology.
- Has an established business network in Stockholm and surrounding areas.
- Has the ability to build, develop, and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Is proactive and business-driven, with a natural focus on creating new opportunities.
- Combines a strong personal drive with the ability to see the big picture in business and work both strategically and operationally.
- Works in a structured and results-oriented manner, with a good understanding of how your business impacts the region's development.
- Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Holds a valid driver's license (B).
