About the role As a Consulting Manager with us, you play a key role in the business. You work closely with both customers and consultants and are responsible for developing the business, leading and coaching your team, and contributing to the region's growth and profitability.

The role is clearly business-driven and suits you who thrive in the intersection of sales, leadership, and technology. You build trust with customers, identify new business opportunities, and ensure that our consultants have the right conditions to succeed and develop.

As a Consulting Manager, you will, among other things:

• Develop and deepen relationships with both new and existing customers and drive sales dialogues from the first contact to completed business.

• Proactively identify, initiate, and further develop new business opportunities and strategic customer collaborations.

• Lead, coach, and develop your team of IT consultants.

• Contribute to recruitment and growth by attracting and hiring new colleagues.

• Be part of the local management team and actively contribute to the region's continued development.

Who are you? We are looking for someone with experience from the consulting industry or business-oriented roles within IT, who is motivated by creating business results through people and relationships. You are confident in customer dialogues, have a natural leadership style, and are driven to build teams that perform and thrive.

We believe that you:

• Are business-driven and enjoy sales, customer contact, and relationship building.

• Have a good technical understanding of Cloud, Infrastructure, Integration, or Development.

• Have experience in leading, coaching, and developing people.

• Thrive in a role with significant personal responsibility in a growing organization.

• Are structured, communicative, and trustworthy.

• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English.

For this position, Swedish citizenship is required. A background check will be conducted on the final candidate.
