Customer Service Representative at Tavex in Stockholm

Your responsibilities:
- Receive customers in the store and inform them about our products, such as investment gold, investment silver, and money transfers.
- Handle payments, issue receipts and invoices, and register transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about prices, promotions, and investment options.
- Work continuously to prevent money laundering and participate in regular training on current laws and regulations.
- Perform administrative tasks related to sales.
Who we think you are:
- You have completed upper secondary education and are comfortable working with numbers.
- You speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
- You have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows, and Teams).
- You are structured, responsible, and service-oriented.
Advantageous qualifications:
- Previous work experience in sales or finance is advantageous.
