Customer Service Representative at Tavex in Stockholm

Your responsibilities:

• Receive customers in the store and inform them about our products, such as investment gold, investment silver, and money transfers.
• Handle payments, issue receipts and invoices, and register transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about prices, promotions, and investment options.
• Work continuously to prevent money laundering and participate in regular training on current laws and regulations.
• Perform administrative tasks related to sales.

Who we think you are:

• You have completed upper secondary education and are comfortable working with numbers.
• You speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
• You have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows, and Teams).
• You are structured, responsible, and service-oriented.

Advantageous qualifications:

• Previous work experience in sales or finance is advantageous.
