We are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager who wants to take responsibility for driving sales, building strong collaborations, and developing your own region towards new goals. Do you want to develop together with us?
In this role, you lead sales within your region and drive business together with our dealers and partners. You work both strategically and operationally, focusing on creating customer value and long-term relationships. You will have a clear impact on the region's results and have plenty of room to contribute your ideas.
- Responsible for sales results, goal achievement, and business development in your region.
- Build and develop strong relationships with dealers and other partners.
- Coach, support, and develop employees and local teams in sales work.
- Analyze sales data, follow up on KPIs, and propose concrete improvements.
- Ensure high customer experience and customer loyalty in all parts of the region's business.
- Collaborate closely with internal functions such as marketing, product, and risk to create holistic solutions.

We believe you are a confident and curious person who is good at building strong and long-term relationships. You are good at creating structure, but you also thrive when the pace is high and days are not the same. You have a clear customer focus, are driven by achieving results, and enjoy doing it together with others.
To succeed in the role, we see that you:
- have at least 5 years of experience in sales within finance, the automotive industry, or other relevant service sales.
- have good communication skills, are comfortable presenting and being responsible for quality meetings and dialogues.
- have a good understanding of financing solutions, customer journeys, and commercial business.
- are accustomed to working data-driven with follow-up, analysis, and clear goals.
- have good communicative skills, both written and oral, in both Swedish and English.
- have a B driver's license and are comfortable traveling within your region.
