At our company, you will work in a smaller branch where you will have a varied daily routine involving both warehouse work and customer service. The majority of the work takes place in the warehouse, but since we are a small team, we help each other out where needed. Therefore, you will also learn the customer receiving process and assist our pickup customers when necessary. At our branch in Solna, we are a small team where collaboration, responsibility, and high service levels are crucial for success. About the Role This is a practical role where you will become an important part of the daily operations. You will primarily work in the warehouse but will also support the customer receiving area when the business requires it. Your Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound deliveries
• Load and unload incoming deliveries
• Pick and pack customer orders using a scanner
• Handle returns and registrations
• Maintain order, structure, and stock levels in the warehouse, and participate in inventory
• Receive pickup customers and hand over goods
• Register orders in the business system
• Provide service and advice regarding products, prices, and deliveries
• Contribute to the branch running smoothly and efficiently every day

• Forklift license A1–A4 and B1–B4
• Category B driver's license
• Experience in warehouse work
• Good computer skills
• Good Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
• Basic English

• Experience working with scanners
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience in technical insulation, sheet metal, warehousing, or the construction industry
• Knowledge of technical insulation or sheet metal
