About the role of Pharmacy Technician at Hjärtat

As a pharmacy technician/advisor at Hjärtat, you will work interchangeably with sales, professional advice, and cash register services within self-care. In this role, you contribute your skills, commitment, and experience to improve our customers' health and drive the pharmacy's success. The position is full-time or according to agreement.

We are a wonderful team of 10 colleagues (7 pharmacists and 3 technicians) who enjoy working together and support each other in daily life. We foster a positive and supportive culture where we have fun while delivering high quality to our customers.

We serve a large and diverse customer flow – from our loyal regulars and families with children to busy customers and engaged pet owners. This makes the work both varied and developmental.

As a manager, I particularly value that you enjoy working in a team, take care of our customers in a warm and professional manner, and always strive to give them a wholehearted reception.

Our opening hours are 9:00–20:00 weekdays, 10:00–18:00 Saturdays, and 11:00–17:00 Sundays.

The position is a permanent full-time role or according to agreement. Start date is by agreement. Probation period may apply.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are a trained pharmacy technician. You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacy technician, and you identify with the following description:

• You show interest and commitment in interactions with customers and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and across the region/throughout Apotek Hjärtat.
• You take responsibility for adhering to the requirements placed on you as an advisor and seek help from your team when needed.
• You contribute a positive attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life.
