Assignment Description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a senior-level administrator for a business that works with permit issues, urban planning, and the development of electricity grid infrastructure.

In this role, you are responsible for receiving and handling inquiries from municipalities, authorities, and larger companies that plan to establish operations in connection with the company's facilities. Based on internal guidelines, current legislation, and in collaboration with various units, you compile background material and provide feedback regarding the possibilities for planned establishments.

The work involves close cooperation with several internal functions and requires that you can coordinate issues between different business areas. You will also document meetings, write minutes, and contribute to the development and improvement of working methods and processes within the business.

To succeed in the assignment, you need to be structured, meticulous, and thrive in a role where you combine administration, communication, and coordination.

Who fits the assignment?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in administrative work in complex operations.
• Experience in writing minutes and documenting meetings.
• Experience in leading or coordinating development work within an operation.
• Experience with municipal plans and building permit processes related to electricity grids or societal development.
• Education in urban planning, jurisprudence, or another related field.
• Very good ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in Swedish.

Meritorious

• Experience from the energy industry or electricity grid operations.
• Experience working with permit cases and authority contacts.
• Knowledge of the Electricity Act and regulations related to energy infrastructure.
• Experience in collaboration between public and private actors.
