Who are we?

We are Relinx, a telemarketing and customer service company with offices in central Gärdet, Sandhamnsgatan 63. We collaborate with charitable organizations and help them reach out to people who want to contribute to their work.

At our company, people of different ages with varying backgrounds and experience work together, which we see as a strength in our team. Whether you are new to the job market or have several years of experience, you are welcome to apply.

What does the role involve?

You will call previous donors, inform them about the organization's work, and ask if they wish to continue their engagement. No prior experience in the role is required – we provide training in both communication and the subject area you will be working with.

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys talking to people and has good communication skills
• Wants to work on something meaningful
• Is goal-oriented and motivated by achieving set targets
• Has experience in customer service or charity work – but this is not a requirement

Working hours

Monday–Friday, 09:00–16:30. We are primarily seeking employees for full-time positions, but part-time and half-time opportunities are also available.
