Do you want to work hands-on with HubSpot, marketing automation, and data-driven B2B marketing in a role where you help shape the way of working from the start?

Contitude is growing and taking the next step by building more specialist competence in-house. Therefore, we are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist who wants to work closely with both customers and colleagues on HubSpot, CRM data, workflows, lead scoring, reporting, and continuous optimization.

About Contitude

Contitude is a B2B digital marketing agency with offices on Kungsholmen in Stockholm. We help our customers grow through strategy, execution, and follow-up within digital marketing.

Our customers are found in several industries, often with complex B2B services and products within IT, SaaS, and energy. We work with everything from advertising, content marketing, and landing pages to webinars, organic content, analytics, and optimization.

We have grown organically based on our customers' needs and are now expanding with more specialist roles internally. After a strong growth journey, where Contitude became a Gasell company last year, we are now taking the next step and building more specialist competencies in-house.

An important part of our model is long-term customer relationships. Our collaborations often span several years, which allows us to work closely with customers and track the impact of what we build over time.

About the role

We already have experience and competence within HubSpot and Marketing Automation, but we now want to strengthen the area further by bringing in a dedicated specialist in-house.

From the start, the role is hands-on and operational. You will build, test, optimize, and follow up on solutions in HubSpot. At the same time, there are good opportunities to gradually take more customer responsibility and develop towards customer responsibility, advisory, and strategy.

You will work closely with our delivery team, which today consists of strategists and specialists in areas such as graphic design, copy, paid advertising, and digital marketing. The role reports to the Head of Operations.

Examples of tasks

  • Build, test, and optimize workflows and automations in HubSpot.
  • Set up campaigns, forms, landing pages, and email sends.
  • Work with segmentation, lead scoring, personalization, and lead nurturing.
  • Ensure good CRM structure, data quality, and useful customer data.
  • Create reports and dashboards that show impact and provide clear insights.
  • Analyze results and suggest improvements based on data.
  • Support customers during onboarding and implementation in HubSpot.
  • Contribute to customer dialogues and translate needs into concrete solutions in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in strategy, analytics, content, design, and performance.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who have practical experience with HubSpot and thrive in a role where you get to combine technology, structure, data, marketing, and customer benefit.

You don't need to know everything from day one, but you need to have worked operationally in HubSpot yourself. Certifications or education alone are not enough - we are looking for you who have built, tested, and optimized solutions in the tool.

  • You have at least 1–2 years of practical experience with HubSpot and have personally built, tested, and optimized workflows, campaigns, and reports.
  • Experience with workflows and marketing automation.
  • Understanding of CRM structure, data quality, and how data is used in marketing and sales.
  • Experience with reports and dashboards in HubSpot.
  • Understanding of lead scoring, MQL/SQL flows, or lead handover between marketing and sales.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
  • You must be able to communicate flawlessly in Swedish.

Meritorious

  • Experience with HubSpot implementation or customer onboarding.
  • Experience building HubSpot flows from scratch in a customer environment.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with integrations in or around HubSpot.
  • Experience from an agency, consulting environment, SaaS, or B2B marketing.
  • Vocational education in a relevant area, such as digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation, or growth.

Since the role is customer-facing, you need to be socially confident and pedagogical. You need to be able to ask relevant questions, understand the problems behind a desired solution, and explain how you would structure the work moving forward.

Practical

  • Location: Kungsholmen, Stockholm.
  • Office presence: We prefer that you are in the office most of the week, around four days a week. At the same time, we have a flexible and understanding work environment where daily life needs to function.
  • Start: By agreement, earliest September for onboarding.
  • Vacation: 30 days.
  • Wellness allowance: 5,000 SEK.
  • Pension and collective agreement: via Medieföretagen/Unionen, ITP1.
