Hosting and Customer Service: Through good hosting and in-depth knowledge of our products and routines, you make our customers and colleagues feel warmly welcome. You always strive to provide the best possible service and make every customer interaction memorable.

Daily Tasks: You actively participate in the daily operations of the store, where your efforts are crucial for the store to meet and exceed customer expectations. This includes everything from restocking, working at the checkout and in the bistro, to keeping the workplace clean and well-organized. At EKO, working at the checkout is part of all positions, and we collaborate across departmental boundaries when needed. It is also second nature to us that every employee contributes to a positive work environment.

Checkout and Bistro: The checkout, customer service, and bistro form a team, meaning work at different stations occurs during the same shift. Providing our customers with the best service and making them feel valued is the most central task. You achieve this through a quick and pleasant conclusion when the customer arrives at the checkout. Orderliness and a clean environment are a given. In the bistro, we serve coffee and pastries from our own bakery, hamburgers, sausages & fries, and more. Everything from preparation to sales, cleaning, and self-control is included in the role.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Good Swedish language skills (spoken and written) are required for this position.
• Previous retail experience is an asset but not a requirement.
• For positions with extended responsibilities, experience from similar operations is required.
• A forklift license is an asset, but the willingness and ability to operate a forklift is a requirement.

Job Details:

We are open 09:00–20:00 every day. Evening and weekend work is included.

The position is a permanent part-time role, 20 hours per week. The employment begins with a 6-month probationary period.

Start date: During August, or as agreed.
