Our client is a government agency within the transport sector that works to facilitate the everyday lives of residents traveling and commuting in Stockholm city. This is an agency with great commitment and pride in their important societal mission. As a consultant, you will be part of an important journey and together with the agency's employees, contribute to a better everyday life for the residents of Stockholm city.
Are you an experienced purchaser with solid knowledge in public procurement and construction procurement? Do you want to work in a complex and regulated organization where structure, quality, and business acumen are crucial? We are now looking for a consultant for a qualified assignment in procurement and purchasing.
About the assignmentPurchasing and procurement are regulated activities where deviations from legislation and internal guidelines can have significant consequences such as delayed processes, sanctions, or damages. The assignment involves supporting and leading the organization in procurement and purchasing matters and ensuring the correct application of applicable regulations.
You will work broadly within direct purchases, renewed competitions, construction procurements, and IT-related procurements. The role also involves risk assessment of purchasing needs over 100,000 SEK and support in contract matters and exceptions according to procurement legislation.
Job ResponsibilitiesLead and support the organization through direct procurement processes
Lead and conduct renewed competitions
Conduct IT-related procurements
Conduct construction procurements
Ensure the correct application of procurement legislation
Work in procurement tools such as Visma Tendsign or E-avrop
Conduct risk assessments of purchasing needs
Support the organization in contract and interpretation matters
Contribute to the development of processes and working methods
Requirements for the position:
Academic degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, law, engineering, behavioral science) or a degree from a procurement-focused vocational education
At least four years of experience in purchasing or procurement within the public sector
Experience working in procurement tools such as Visma Tendsign or E-avrop in at least one assignment in the last two years
Completed at least one IT-related procurement
Completed at least one construction procurement in the last four years
Meritorious:
Completed at least three construction procurements
Completed at least three IT-related procurements
Before the assignment can begin, a security clearance will be conducted.
