We are looking for an experienced procurement officer who wants to take independent and strategic responsibility in a community-supporting organization with one of Sweden's most important missions. As a procurement officer with our management client, you will independently plan, lead, and execute procurements in various areas – primarily service procurements and contracts according to AB/ABT. The assignment may also include conducting renewed competition within existing framework agreements.

You will lead the entire procurement process from needs analysis to contract handover. Your responsibility is to ensure a favorable business arrangement and that the procurement is designed to meet the established goals regarding time, scope, and quality.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and executing complex procurements according to applicable legislation and internal guidelines

• Quality-assuring requirements to ensure compliance with procurement legislation

• Transforming technical and operational needs into clear and business-oriented procurement documents

• Preparing tender documents, specifications, administrative regulations, commercial terms, and contracts

• Ensuring correct application of AMA AF and relevant construction law standard agreements (AB/ABT/ABK)

• Conducting market analysis, risk assessment, and supplier dialogue

• Leading qualification, evaluation, and negotiation with suppliers

• Preparing decision-making materials and ensuring cohesive communication with suppliers

• Collaborating with project managers, project groups, and other stakeholders on contract and procurement issues

• Ensuring correct record-keeping, allocation, and formal closure of procurement.

Scope of the assignment: Full-time, 100% Employment type: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters. Work model: The assignment currently allows for both remote work and on-site work at the office in Kungsholmen, Stockholm. Days and times for this are determined based on the needs of the organization and the client's approval. Start: By agreement End: 2027-04-02, with an option for extension of 6+6 months. • At least 5 years of work experience as a public procurement officer with very good knowledge of procurement legislation.

• Experience in conducting at least 2 procurements in the construction area.

• Post-secondary education in purchasing and procurement, law, economics, or other education relevant to the assignment.

• Meritorious: Experience in at least 4 procurements in the construction area.
